One month before voters go to the polls, Jennifer Edwards, Collier County’s Supervisor of Elections, will provide an inside view of the general election process, this year’s particular challenges and her office’s efforts to ensure a clean, accurate count.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Security and hacking prevention
  • Changing demographics and voter rolls
  • The impact of extended voting periods
  • The mechanics of recounts

The event is open, on the record and free to working media without lunch.
