This month’s newsmaker guests are:
Keith Cramsey, a Special Agent, ICE Homeland Security Investigations, as a senior criminal investigator. Now based in Ft. Myers, Cramsey, has worked international assignments which involved coordination with foreign law enforcement and other entities in furtherance of transnational criminal investigations combatting perpetrators of child exploitation, human trafficking.
Angelina Spencer, is a partner with Empowerment Enterprises, Inc. a Washington D.C. based research firm that works with non-profits, businesses and special federal agents at the Dept. of Homeland Security Investigations on anti-human trafficking training programs.
Spencer and Cramsey work closely with Lee and Collier County law enforcement agencies. They will discuss human trafficking in SW Florida. You will be surprised to learn how prevalent the problem is here. They will talk about investigations, arrests of traffickers and freeing of those being held captive.
