Lauren Schoepfer is an NPC scholarship recipient. As a former intern under Jay Schlichter at the Naples Daily News, Lauren honed her craft and is now a senior student at University of Central Florida in Orlando. She majors in emerging media. Lauren is a published writer and photographer. NPC founding member Rhona Saunders serves as Lauren’s mentor.
