Mark your calendars for the Here Comes Santa Claus event on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Collier County Museum Headquarters in Naples. The Friends of the Collier County Museum are hosting a book signing event featuring local authors of children’s books. Press Club of Southwest Florida members Peggy Post and Joan Curley will be participating in addition to Charlotte Davenport, Lisa Trebilcock and Mindy Kirkley. Post will sign copies of “Emily’s Everyday Manners” and Curley will have copies of “Malcolm the Muscovy Duck of Naples, Florida.”
Light refreshments will be provided and Santa will be available for photos. The gift shop will be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. with free gift wrapping provided.
