Florida Weekly, which publishes editions in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and several other communities, recently won 27 awards from the Florida Press Association and was named the best weekly newspapers in all of Florida.
Please join us in congratulating all of Florida Weekly’s talented and hard-working journalists, with a special shout-out to three members of the Press Club of Southwest Florida. Congratulations to Eric Strachan, editor of the Naples edition; Glenn Miller, a winner in the sports writing category; and Robin DeMattia, who won a writing award in the health, medicine, and science category.
This is the eighth time Florida Weekly, which is owned by the Hoffman Family of Companies, has won the state’s top award.
