Several of our scholarship students are interning this semester. Maria Munguia-Cortes (a senior at Wartburg College) is interning with the Lipman Company in Immokalee, her hometown. Tamica Jean-Charles (a senior at FIU-Miami) is interning with PBS-Miami on their Food Network. Camila Cal (a junior at UCF) is a Communications Intern for the Florida Apartment Association in downtown Orlando, working on their magazine and attending their conferences.
And Lauren Meceli (a senior at FGCU) has been working as a podcasts intern with FGCU Journalism Professor Lyn Millner.
