Biographical Info
Thomas Tyrrell is a British international lawyer, banker and historian. He is a graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, and London University. Born in London, Tyrrell is the son of an American father and an English mother.
Tyrrell has been a regular public speaker in SW Florida for more than 15 years. His mission is “to place modern world events in their historical and geopolitical context thereby, perhaps giving his American audiences cause to pause and think.” He brings a “transatlantic perspective” to his presentations that encourage active participation by his audiences.
Currently, he writes the regular monthly newsletter called Thomas Tyrrell Presents. Tyrrell has lived in Naples since 1995.
