Biographical Info
An entrepreneur/recycling specialist/author/speaker, Abeles was born in 1931 in Vienna, Austria. He came to America in 1939 to escape the Holocaust. He was raised and educated in Chicago. Abeles was as early pioneer in the waste management and recycling industries. He opened up several small businesses after relocating to Maryland. Abeles authored two books, "Otto, the Boy at the Window," and "Otto, the Man at the Wheel."
He and his wife Bonnie reside in Naples and Bethesda, MD, where they spend time with their children and grandchildren. He plans to write a health and fitness manual for seniors called Century Centurions.
