Biographical Info
Claudia is a retired broadcast/print journalist with decades of experience. Her first media job was reading the newspapers out loud on Radio Talking Book to a blind audience in St Paul and Minneapolis. RTB was the first such station in the U.S. She also worked at WJDM-AM radio in Elizabeth, NJ, as an announcer/reporter; AP’s broadcast department in New York where she wrote news scripts for radio stations in New York and New Jersey. She then transferred to AP-Pittsburgh, where she reported on some of the world’s earliest liver transplants. By the time she retired, she had become correspondent for AP-Pittsburgh.
