If you are a member of the press club, it’s time to pay your 2021 dues. Good news — our annual dues are still just $50. We value your membership and encourage you to stay active in the Press Club of Southwest Florida (formerly the Naples Press Club.) Click here to read some of the many benefits of membership. In addition, in today’s climate of verbal, online, and even physical attacks against professional journalists, we need you more than ever. Please help your press club fulfill its mission to advocate for quality journalism, defend both the First Amendment and the public’s right to know, and support future journalists through college scholarships and student mentoring.
Once you pay your 2021 dues, if you have not already received a new personalized metal name badge reflecting the club’s new name/logo, we will order one for you, free of charge. You can pick up your new name badge when you attend the next in-person club event, which will be held once we can gather safely later in 2021.
Please pay your $50 dues on or before Jan. 31. Here are two easy ways to pay:
1. Pay via credit card or PayPal via our website. Click this link to pay electronically. Scroll down to the box where you type in your name. Click “Buy Now.” From that page you can choose to pay by any type of credit card or via your PayPal account.
2. Mail a check for $50 made payable to the Press Club of Southwest Florida. Mail your check to our Treasurer, Iris Shur.
