On Nov. 21, the Press Club of Southwest Florida, in cooperation with Barnes & Noble and the Naples Daily News, will sponsor a book fair at the Barnes & Noble bookstore at Waterside Shops on Pine Ridge Road and U.S. 41. Proceeds from all book sales in the store that day will benefit the Press Club of Southwest Florida Terrence J. Miller Scholarship Fund.
Response from NPC members has been high. Books by NPC authors will be on sale on the second floor of the Barnes & Noble all day, and from 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., authors will make presentations.
This is a revival of an event the Press Club of Southwest Florida hosted in the past, and we’re expecting a very successful venture. It’s an opportunity to do all your Christmas book shopping while getting to know NPC authors and your fellow NPC members.
At checkout, mention the NPC event so a percentage of the purchase price will go to NPC’s scholarship fund.
